Size
The 61,000-square-foot building will feature 48 loft apartments with on-site amenities including a daycare, retail and office space, and shared community resources.
Investment
The site was purchased for $240,000 and an estimated $17 million dollars will be invested into the new development.
Project Timeline
Woodward Lofts is currently under a sales agreement with Harrisburg School District. Once approved, construction will begin upon securing proper funding and support.
